Longing for solace and connection in these turbulent times, i wander the vast desert under the endless sky hoping to be comforted, somehow, by my smallness.
Looking to the sky and the brilliance of Tree shedding her leaves, my mind turned to breath and i heard an invitation from this Breath of Life Being and the Sky herself.
Breathe in that deep blue
that is made of me and of you
made from the stardust that created all of this
pause for a moment and breathe the Spirit
Breath and remember
This one precious breath
Connecting me, you, us with every Being who breathes
Connecting me, you, us with deep time
Breath given and breath taken
Each breath, remember the wise ones
Each breath, remember where you came from
Each breath, remember your connection…
such an individual action, this one precious breath
this breath that unites you with deep time and
all beloveds who have ever lived
this breath… ahh

So lovely and meaningful! This is a great reminder that we all breathe the same air, during this time where we wear masks indoors and sometimes outside as well. The breath of nature is pure and important for all to remember to use the space to experience the greatness of the expanse of our universal air-universal breath.
